About the Opportunity

A division of the Casman Group of Companies, Four C's Millwork is looking for a Cabinet Production Supervisor to join their team in Fort McMurray.

The main focus of this role is to supervise the cabinet jobs from start to finish, and perform final quality inspections of finished products.
You will oversee and train employees in cabinet fabrication techniques.

Some of your more specific duties/responsibilities will require you to:

• Ensure the team maintains a steady pace of work in the shop and finishes each job on schedule;
• Train new employees on large equipment, and oversee the spray booth;
• Inform cabinet shop employees of work, maintenance and office plans;
• Oversee daily clean up of cabinet side of shop and spray booth; and
• Perform other duties as assigned of a similar nature or level.

Four C's Millwork is seeking a qualified tradesperson with a high degree of technical knowledge and proficiency in cabinet fabrication.  In addition, you will have at least three years industry experience and have completed a 3rd year apprenticeship in cabinet making.

You should have effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver quality products, while motivating the talented workshop team.  Four C's Millwork is seeking a positive leader who has the ability to handle stressful situations well and have reliable attendance.   If you're an enthusiastic team player with outstanding attention to detail we'd like to hear from you.  You will be required to provide your own CSA approved footwear.  Your core working hours will be from Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 7:00am to noon with opportunities for overtime.
