About the Opportunity
Our client is a leader in the construction industry providing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, and millwork services to the Fort McMurray market.
Our client has an excellent opportunity for a talented HR Generalist to join their Fort McMurray team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support on a wide range of HR tasks. You will also provide customer service to external and internal clients, and gather information from multiple sources for analysis and evaluation, and apply this information to solve problems, and/or develop new concepts, systems or policies.
In addition to some formal training in Human Resources, you also have at least 3 years of office experience in a similar role.
Our client is seeking an analytical thinker who is able to deliver a high level of customer service. It is imperative that you possess high attention to detail and have extensive computer (MS Office Suite) and writing skills. You will have great interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and to tight deadlines. In addition, you are organized, detailed orientated and are able to work with a high level of confidentiality.
